He earned his Business degree from San Francisco State University while finishing accounting and real estate courses at City College of San Francisco. To be more effective to his clients, he has taken several additional courses at San Francisco State University such as California Culture, the weather and California history among others. Sam feels these courses have helped him communicate better with his clients to better understand his clients' needs or wants efficiently. Moreover, he has diversified his knowledge by learning three additional languages in order to be productive to his clients.
