Answer: A Realtor is a real estate agent who has become a member of one of the association of realtor board in any county. It is a sign of high quality and responsibility to perform the best real estate job for buyers or sellers. 

 

Question: What is "Full Service" in real estate?

Answer: "Full Service" in real estate means a realtor to be responsible and to take good care of process,  purchase, sale or finance, by all means in legal, ethical and moral way in which buyer or seller becomes fully satisfied with such service. In another word, providing  responsibility by a realtor to be in charge of all decisions made by a client and to implement such decision while fulfilling laws, regulations and restrictions.

 

 

Question: What is the cost of "Full Service"?

Answer: For the buyer usually there is no additional cost of receiving such service because it is decided by the seller already, and for the seller it is negotiable.

Borrower: The person who acquires loan, usually buyer.

Trustee: In real estate, the one who holds a property in trust for another, lender, to secure performance of the buyer to pay loan. 

Trustor: In real estate, usually buyer who deeds his property to a trustee to be hold as security until the loan has been paid by borrower.  

Trust Deed: A legal document in which a borrower pledges a property as a collateral or guarantee to pay back a loan. 

Grantee: Usually buyer, the person to whom the property is granted by seller. 

Grantor: Usually, seller, the person who give the property. 

Vendee: A purchaser, buyer. 

Vendor: Seller.
